You've seen the memes...

Forgetting why you walked into a room. Crying at a dog food commercial. Feeling personally attacked by your own thermostat. They're funny because they're true — and because so many women are living them with zero real support behind the joke.
Here's what most people don't realize: you don't have to be deep in it for this to matter. The earlier you start understanding your hormones, the smoother that transition tends to be. This isn't a "fix it once it's broken" program. It's a "get ahead of it" program.

Here's what's broken: you Google your symptoms and get twelve conflicting answers. You get bounced from your PCP to your gynecologist to an endocrinologist — each one looking at one piece of you, nobody looking at the whole picture. You leave every appointment with more questions than you walked in with.

We built the Hormone Hub to fix that. One team. One place. Real people — combining Eastern and Western medicine — who actually know your name and your labs, not just your symptoms.

This is for you if...

Any Stage, Any Age

Perimenopause, menopause, postmenopausal, or just starting to notice small shifts — you don't need a diagnosis to belong here.

Your labs are "normal"

Hint: You know they're not.
You've been told everything looks fine, but you still don't feel like yourself. We use optimal ranges to give you real answers.

You Think for Yourself

You're done bouncing between specialists and Googling symptoms. You'd rather understand your own body than take someone else's word for it.

A Plan Built For You

Whether you're managing PCOS, endometriosis, or just want out of the guesswork, your protocol comes from your actual labs, not a generic template.

Meet your team.

Holly Pelletier L.Ac.

Holly is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and yoga teacher with over 10 years of clinical experience focused on women's health, autoimmune, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic concerns.

Her approach is built on what she calls "East Meets West" — blending Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western functional medicine and real lab interpretation, so you get both ancient insight and modern data working together.

She's currently completing her doctorate at Pacific College of Health and Science, and beyond the clinic, she teaches through The Functional Acupuncturist, helping women understand what their bodies are actually telling them.

Why the Hormone Hub actually works:

Tangible Data,
No Guesswork

No more piecing together symptoms from Google and hoping you land on the right answer. Your protocol is built from your actual labs — not a generic plan everyone in the program gets.

Real People, Not A.I.

You're not messaging a chatbot or piecing together advice from an app. You sit down with Holly and Tracy, who know your name, your history, and your results — not just a symptom checklist.

A Protocol Built for You

No generic supplement list. Your plan is built around what your DUTCH test and blood panel actually show — for your body, not the average.

A closer look at the DUTCH test:

DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. Most standard testing shows you where your hormone levels sit at one moment in time. DUTCH goes a step further — it shows how your body is actually producing, using, and clearing estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, and melatonin, so we're looking at what's happening, not just a snapshot.

Your 1:1 Results Review:

No portal message with a link to "normal" ranges and no follow-up questions answered. This is the real deal — you sit down with Holly and Tracy together, walk through what's actually happening in your results and why, and build your protocol side by side. You leave with a plan you understand, not paperwork you'll have to Google later.

Frequently asked questions

"What if I'm not in perimenopause yet — can I still participate?"

Yes — this is exactly who the Hormone Hub is built for, too. The earlier you understand what your hormones are actually doing, the smoother that transition tends to be. This isn't a "wait until something breaks" program. It's a "get ahead of it" program. If you're noticing small shifts, curious about your baseline, or just done guessing, you don't need a diagnosis to belong here.

"What if I've already hit menopause?"

You're still a fit here. The Hormone Hub isn't just for the transition into menopause — it's for understanding what your hormones are doing at any stage, including after. Your labs, your protocol, and your 1:1 review with Holly & Tracy are all built around where your body actually is right now, not a single life stage. If you've been told your labs are "normal" but you still don't feel like yourself, this is exactly the kind of guessing we're here to end.

"What if I just had labs done, or don't have the budget for labs right now?"

The Hormone Hub works at whatever level makes sense for you right now. Hub gets you full access to the community, monthly live calls, and Hub resources. Guided adds a 1:1 session with Holly & Tracy to build your protocol around your symptoms and history. When you're ready for testing — or if you already have recent labs to bring in — Complete includes the blood panel, DUTCH test, and a 1:1 results review built around your actual numbers.

What if I have a specific diagnosis, like PCOS or endometriosis?

The Hormone Hub works well whether or not you're coming in with a diagnosis already. If you're managing PCOS, endometriosis, or another hormone-related condition, your testing and 1:1 review give Holly & Tracy real data to work from alongside what you already know about your body — so your protocol is built around your actual situation, not a generic "average" case. The Hub is designed to complement your existing care, not replace it — if you're already working with a specialist, we work alongside that care rather than in place of it.
