LumaPanel red light therapy. 

Every sauna session comes enhanced with the LumaPanel, delivering red light therapy at 660nm and 850nm wavelengths shown to support collagen production, muscle recovery, and cellular repair.

You can use it with or without the heat from the sauna. This is completely customizable.

Our Vision for You. 

The Restore Room was born out of a simple but radical idea: that rest is not a reward you earn after you finish everything on your list. It is a necessity.

We created this space because we kept seeing the same thing in our clinic. Driven, committed people who were doing everything right and still running on empty. Wired at night. Depleted by noon. Giving everything to everyone else and leaving nothing for themselves.

And let's be honest. Even when you do carve out time to rest at home, there is always something pulling at you. The kids need something. The dog is barking. The laundry is staring you down from across the room. True rest at home can feel almost impossible, and you deserve better than almost.

The Restore Room is our answer to that. Not a corner of a gym. Not an afterthought. A real, intentional space with a door you can close on your to-do list, where your only job is to breathe, drop in, and let your nervous system remember what it feels like to truly rest.

Single sessions are perfect for first timers, packages are great for flexibility, and memberships are the best deal if you plan to come often.

Memberships require a 3-month commitment and after that, cancel anytime. Packages must be used within one year of purchase.
